panic attack

when the car stopped, i woke up due to inertia.feeling nauseated, i quickly fix my hijab and got down from the car.

my journey to the toilet was fine, it seems that the problem is to find the toilet rather than walking to the toilet.

then its time to perform the ablution.sitting down in front of the pipe, i sensed something was wrong.was it my head, or was it my stomach?i really don't know.

as i walked to the toilet again, my vision became blurred.all i can see was tiny dots of black and white, i could not even see where am i heading.i almost fainted, i couldn't feel my legs.thank god the walls helped me.i was scared, scared that something bad would happen to me.i lost all sense of time.

i was covered in sweat and my stomach was grumbling profusely.i could not fathom what was happening to myself.all i could do is just sit, and wait.i waited, and waited for my vision to return back to normal, it took a while, but eventually it became normal again.thank you Allah.

a tiny thought came to mind, maybe its because of my low blood pressure?i cant deny, yes i did stand up a little too quickly just now.but a second ago, everything was fine i presume, why now?why, all of a sudden?

suddenly i was back to the ablution room.i felt okay, but my adrenaline was still pumping, causing the sweat to stream down all over my body.i sensed an eerie feeling all over me.

i completed my ablution, and walked into the prayer room, feeling sick.the headache was killing me.but obviously, after i perform my prayers, i felt okay(:

and eating nasi tupe and pau mushroom after that, wow.i was completely famished, not bloated of course(: aha.

i didnt tell my parents, and we headed home safely after that, with me sleeping all the way home(:

but the question is, is this story true?or not?aha.

karaoke is really not my thing.but after today, i can really change my mind bout that, except that it takes a hell lot of money.aha, not that much, really.

when i woke up, half of the day was gone.its goddamn 12 in the afternoon.gosh, then i text-ed naa, asking her when are the others coming.later i went out to wangsa walk to join rawk, darte and herself.

we spent 2 hours of karaoke, but then, i didnt spend anything since i didnt bring my purse along, gosh.silly me.aha.it was fun.darte and i started it with taylor swift's you belong with me and naa and rawk ended it with kaer's izinkan ku pergi.it was indeed, a blast :D

later we went back to my house to eat and pray.spaghetti, yumm :D

after that we went back to wangsa walk mall to do some manicures and pedicures.ahha, i got my nails done! i was so excited.aha, typical nique lah kann. ((: then i followed rawk to buy her topup and those yummy cud-bon drinks that she was so interested in, aha, me too actually(: after that we went to eat those super hot but delicious asam laksa, wich nana highly recommend.aha, thank you lahh.then we were stuck at elianto's sale.and yes, it was affordable lah.darte was torned between coloured lip gloss and non coloured, as for me, aha.i still love my money, hehs.but can you imagine, they sell the black cutex for only rm 1? goshh.

this time, i didnt bring my phone along, but then, i was like, whatthehell, ive got my friends with me.altho yes i will admit that im quite worried bout if my mum was looking for me.aha.but then i came back at 715, and they were not home yet, i was safe afterall, hee. (:

off to the showers, so in a blink of an eye, i became myself again, fresh(: ahha

then we picked the clothes for me to wear during the so called birthday party and we went downstairs to help.

the first person that came was amir.ahha.i freaked out since i had not yet change my clothes since it was only err, 12 or smthng?

a funny thing happened, haha.he took one cupcake, then he wanted to shake hands with my mum, then the cupcake fell, into my mum's roses.thank god it was fake roses.hahahhaa, god he was shy! ;P

the he hung around for awhile, while am and mardieq took some pictures of him and myself with am's nikon D90, and plus.he gave me another birthday present, which i highly objected, but he strongly insist.gosh, this guy, i cud not thank him enuff for all that he had done.heh, but anyway thank youuu(: you have made my life more, delighted :D

anywayss, we continued to decorate the house and make it ready.there were some pink balloons, and gosh.we were in hell while blowing up the balloons yesterday as it was so hard to tie up.idk why, but atleast we manage to tie up umm, lets say 20 i guess?haha.

aduhh, tatkala ku sedang menaip huruf di papan kekunci ini, ada rakan2 ku yang sedang enak dibuai mimpi, padahal jarum jam sudah menunjukkan hampir dua petang.dan mungkin juga ada yang sedang penat memerah otak barangkali, menyelesaikan masalah matematik tambahan atau fizik atau sewaktu dgnnya, kerana peperiksaan yang bakal menjelang tiba tidak lama lagi. ya benar jika saya mengatakan bahawa saya sedang membazir sedikit masa membuat perkara yang memuaskan nafsu saya ini, tetapi otak sudah penuh, hampir penuh dengan fakta2 sejarah yang entah ya atau tidak melekat di kepala otakku ini.

haih, daku mengeluh sekali lagi.spm hanya tinggal sebulan, tiga puluh hari jika mahu dikira dengan nombor.tetapi mengapa ku rasa seakan2 tidak bersedia?otak ku hampir penat, tetapi badanku enggan menyerah diri.fikiran sering terbang melayang, apakah yang akan terjadi selepas ini?tekanan menyuruhku belajar sepenuh hati, agar hati ibu dan bapa ku tidak dikecewakan, sekali lagi. aku ingin kan yang terbaik buat diriku dan juga diri mereka.

when i heard the word, kuantan, i was like, OMG! i hated it, (not exactly hate) for some reasons that i cant meet my cousins at kelantan, but i have to follow anyway.so on the blessed friday, my family started our journey to pekan kuantan.it was still fasting month at that thime, so theres no nid to pack food along.the journey was packed, with the cat and my maid, crammed in a crv, but luckily we managed to get to the banglo with the HUGE lawn(boleh maen futsal ;P) in one piece.the ugly truth: there was no line, AT ALL.i was frustrated.blame the phone, or what?

the cat named torres, was obv was the center of attention.godd, heaven kot.haha, and that night she didnt sleep, just wandering arond the new atmosphere while i was on the phone with the funniest guy ever! haha.i slept at 4 kot.shh ;P

the last day of fasting, it wass all abt preparations for raya.we cooked and cooked and cooked, and finally its break-fast time :D

the best thing abt the town of pekan is that everybody knew everybody there, it was so small, i can say.

raya came, and i had the best laugh ever! we wanted to get our photos taken, but there were no one to take it for us, so its self timer time.such craziness, that only you can find in my family, gosh.bak kata maklong,

and yes, altho its abt to end, you are not guaranteed that yo will have the next ramadhan.so cherish this one.ramadhan is indeed bulan taubat.all of your sins will be forgiven in this month.rasulullah akan pelik if hambanya melalui ramadhan without his sins being forgiven.next, its bulan derma.once its in, give out some.rasulullah's sahabat describes sifat dermawan baginda seperti bayu yang menghembus.it means, always out.jgn berkira sgt la, if youre spending towards Allah, knp kena berkira?next, its bulan alQuran.some of the ways if you want to communicate with the holy Quran, try and memorise it.if not, just read it with perfect lahjah and tajwid.the least you can do is just listen.and please, beramal with alQuran.it contains more than you know.

i shall start with this hadith from our beloved prophet Muhammad s.a.w

'There is a month full with greatness and kindness, Ramadhan.and there is also a night that is way better that 1000 months...and who does not care of the month, he shall not be in Allah's grace forever.'

i think that is what the ustaz said just now.and yeah, u can understand it in this way,

pretend there is a big sale at a supermarket nearby ur house.buy one free ten.whoaa, imagine that.but not only that, who ever wants to go to the supermarket are given all the privileges such as green light all the way and a smooth ride.and the ppl who doesnt want to go to the supermarket are banned from blocking other ppls way.and yet, with all the reward and kesenangan, there are certain type who doesnt even care abt it.in other words, they are not at all interested.so, to make things easy, they will not get the offer.same as if you do not care to do any kind of good deed in this fasting month Ramadhan, you will not get Allah's grace forever.

and what not, have it ever crossed ur mind that fasting is such a waste of time?well, maybe u dont.but this guy does.

his name is Habib Bourguiba.he is the president of Tunisia and he banne dthe country from fasting during the month of Ramadhan during the year 1961.this is what he said abt the reason why

okay, cut short.

and yess.the last point.what does it really mean, Ramadhan?i mean, to fast?if its not eating, or not drinking, again, thats all u will get.actually, what i do understand now, fasting means to refrain urself from doing things that ur not ought to do, and saying no.

and yes that includes not getting into fights, saying whats not good, not buying extra food at the bazaar, and the list goes on.its just a simple test to prove that u are worthy of refraining urslf from doing things ur not ought to do.for example, SMOKING! haha.

and when you are specifically aimed at, or di serang with words during Ramadhan.u are obliged to not fight.instead, just say 'im fasting' its to let the heat out, the tension out, but in a very mannerful way(:

maka pernahkah kamu melihat orang yang menjadikan hawa nafsunya sebagai tuhannya dan Allah membiarkannya sesat berdasarkan ilmunya ( Allah membiarkan org itu sesat kerana Allhan telah mengetahui bahawa dia tidak menerima petunjuk2 yang diberikan kepadanya) dan Allah telah mengunci mati pendengaran dan hatinya dan meletakkan tutupan atas penglihatannya? Maka siapakah yang akan memberikannya petunjuk sesudah Allah (membiarkan sesat). Maka mengapa kamu tidak mengambil pelajaran?

first day of the bulan AGUNG((:

Tarawih Another important feature of the month of Ramadhan is Tarawih. It is a special Salah (prayer) consisting of 20 rak'at which is performed immediately after the 'Isha' prayer. This Salah is Sunnah mu'akkaddah (repeatedly emphasized), and should not be missed. The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wassallam) said,

"Allah has made fasting in Ramadhan obligatory, and I have made the special prayer of Ramadhan (i.e. the Tarawih) a Sunnah".

It is a Sunnah Mu'akkadah' 'alal-kifayah to perform Tarawih in jama'ah. It means that it is a Sunnah mu’akkaddah for the people of every mosque to arrange for the jama'at of the Tarawih. If a person after being sure that the jama'ah of Tarawih is being held in his mosque, performs the Tarawih in his home without jama'ah, the sunnah of the Tarawih is discharged, but he will be deprived of the great thawab (reward) of praying with jama'ah. So, one should perform the Tarawih in the mosque as far as possible. It is also a Sunnah to complete the recitation of the whole Quran in Tarawih in Ramadhan. It is thus advisable to request a hafiz (one who has memorized the Holy Quran by heart) to lead the prayer of Tarawih. However, paying any fee to the hafiz for this purpose is not allowed. If no such hafiz is available, the Tarawih should be led by any Imam, and he can recite in it whatever Surahs of the Holy Qur'an he remembers.

As a general practice, the Holy Qur'an is completed in most of the mosques a few days before the end of Ramadhan, on the 27th night or even earlier. In such a case, Tarawih should be continued till the last night of Ramadhan with recitation of different surahs. Those who leave Tarawih after the completion of the Holy Qur'an are not correct, because Sunnah of the Tarawih remains unchanged unto the last night.

The time of Tarawih begins after the performance of the obligatory (Fard) prayer of 'Isha. Therefore, the one who has not performed the Fard prayer of 'Isha cannot join the prayer of Tarawih. He should perform the Fard of 'Isha first, then join the Tarawih. If he missed some rak'at of Tarawih, he can complete it after the witr. For example, a person came to the mosque when the Imam has performed four rak'at of Tarawih. He should perform the Fard of 'Isha first, then join the jama'ah for Tarawih. If he has missed 4 or 6 rak'at of Tarawih, he should also perform the witr prayer with the Imam, then pray the four or six rak'at he has missed on his own, individually.

i did not know that shopping for groceries cn be soooo, fun(:
yupp, went to carrefour just now.and, yesterday.but the best part was, i bought my own grocery.cewaaa.felt like m a woman with two kids already((:
but yeah, m doing my mum a favour, a small one.since m also bored to death staying at home, so better volunteer to get some fresh air outside.

erk.wait.i forgot smthing.

okayy.m done vacuum-ing my mother's room.so, where was i.yupp.the sayur part.haha.

and so, i went to carrefour and suddenly got stuck at this bundle books place, where they sold all the books there at only rm5.wow.haha, i got stuck at the same place yesterday also.and so, i bought two new books, despite the two that i bought yeaterday but i had to return one cuz its abt bible or smthng, n i continued my journey.oh, yea, before that.my dad asked me to buy a transformers action figure, to be exact, an optimus prime action figure, which me n him saw yesterday at parkson.yep, he's like that.the only guy in the family.so he's d reason for all the comics, lightsabers, action figures and psp in this house.but guess what, its sold out.darn.but oh, nvm.

then, i got stuck at this place where they sold tees for only 6.90.haha! temptation! and so i picked some, i rejected some and i found the ONE.black n white stripes.yupp.suits me well.and it only costs me 6.90.hehh.but im sure my mum will be mad at me cuz m not allowd to but any more tees for myself, cuz ive got plenty of those, but.its only 6.90!irresistable.haha((:


and so, my final destination.the grocery place.and there's hell lot of ppl.grown up ppl.ppl wearing their work clothes.and theres me, wearing jeans and baby t plus jacket.ph well.moving on.i saw this ad.buy a bundle for only rm0.20.oh wow! this is totally my chance.and there were also a makcik who couldnt believe her own eyes.haha !

yeah, they only allow 4 bundle per family, but theres only 3 types of sayur namely bayam merah, sawi and kangkung.i took all three.and?i was blank.at the moment.then, i grabbed everything i saw.haha.and it includes, a bunch of ladies finger, a HUGE cauliflower, and also a bunch of long beans.there.i was done :D its plenty, i guess.haha.


so, adding that lot up, it costs me 8.30 for the sayur, 10 for the book and 6.90 for the tee.satisfied :D


but once i got home, i forgot to buy those extra delicious cream-o cookies, darrrnn.


what an experience of growing up.ha-ha.

so after shopping for all sorts of nozzles, we started making it

for a beginner, superb lah kan!
plus, we didnt have much colour, only pink, cream and chocolate.but it all tastes the same: lemon! not bad whatt.
